Marketing and Go to Market Intern
Rotterdam
We are erudeon. We build pass the year, which gets Dutch university students through their exams, and flow, which gets them out of the house afterwards. Ten programmes launch this year across Erasmus, UvA and Maastricht. Our marketing is currently two founders and whatever time is left over, and it shows.
This is the seat for the person who fixes that.
You take the lead on everything that reaches a student before we have met them. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, the emails, the words on the pages that sell. Not assisting with content. Running it, with your name on the calendar and the numbers, and a founder who has done this before reviewing it with you every week.
What you will actually do
- Build a content engine rather than another one off shoot: a weekly cadence that runs without anyone pushing it. - Open our TikTok from zero and decide what it sounds like. - Write the words on the pages students actually buy from. - Run a launch end to end, tied to a real exam date, and bring back what it cost per signup. - Tell us honestly when something did not work, which is worth more to us than a good month.
What we are looking for
You are studying in Rotterdam or near it, and you are enrolled for the whole six months. You already make things: an account, a newsletter, a channel, a page, something you publish and something you have opinions about. You can write in a way that sounds like a person rather than a brand. You would rather ship five posts and learn than plan one campaign for a month.
You do not need agency experience. You do need to show us something you made.
What you get
Six months, twenty to forty hours a week, hybrid in Rotterdam. A stage, agreed with your university or hogeschool, with written learning objectives and a founder as your supervisor. An allowance of 450 euro a month at forty hours, prorated to the hours you work. A channel built from zero with your name on it, which is a portfolio you cannot get as an intern anywhere with a marketing department. A founder who has run this before, in the room every week.
And a real door at the end: if this works, there is a paid seat here.
How this runs
We read every application within two working days and answer every one, including with a no. Then a thirty-minute conversation, video or in person. Then one real piece of the job, timeboxed, and paid if it takes you more than an hour. Then an offer, or a straight answer.
